Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any service provided by enjoyph. By accessing or using the enjoyph platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
Participation on the enjoyph platform is strictly limited to adults aged 21 years and older, in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Age verification is mandatory.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one enjoyph account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited. Accounts are non-transferable and for personal use only.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your enjoyph login credentials. enjoyph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account.
All deposits and withdrawals are subject to verification. enjoyph reserves the right to request identity documents before processing withdrawals. Minimum deposit is ₱100; minimum withdrawal is ₱200.
All bonuses and promotions offered by enjoyph are subject to specific wagering requirements and eligibility conditions. Attempting to exploit bonus terms will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of enjoyph shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
Access to and use of the enjoyph Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years old. enjoyph may require documentary evidence of age at any time. If you are found to be under 21, your Account will be immediately closed, all pending transactions cancelled, and any balance forfeited in accordance with Applicable Law.
21+ Age verification is mandatory. Providing false information about your age constitutes fraud and may be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
The Platform is operated for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. enjoyph does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law. If you access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction, you do so at your own risk and enjoyph accepts no liability in that regard.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You must not register using false, fictitious, or misleading information. enjoyph reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration at any time and to request supporting documentation, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether directly or through related parties — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, enjoyph reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel pending transactions, and forfeit balances held across those accounts without prior notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. You must notify enjoyph immediately via our support team if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. enjoyph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure, or from your voluntary disclosure of credentials to another person.
You must keep your Account information up to date. Outdated contact information — particularly a mobile number that is no longer in use — may delay withdrawal processing and security notifications. You can update your account details from the Account Settings section of the Platform after completing identity verification.
The minimum deposit on enjoyph is ₱100. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon successful processing by the payment provider. enjoyph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network issues.
All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the Account holder — are prohibited. Deposits made from third-party sources will be returned where possible and the Account may be suspended pending review.
The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to 1–3 banking business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
enjoyph reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above threshold amounts. Delays caused by incomplete verification documentation are not within enjoyph's control and do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed if the Account is under investigation for potential fraud, bonus abuse, or violations of these Terms.
All transactions on the enjoyph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No foreign currency conversion is applied on the Platform side. Currency conversion fees charged by third-party payment providers (e.g., for cross-border card transactions) are the responsibility of the Member.
enjoyph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which include but are not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit amounts, wagering requirements (the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted), eligible games, maximum convertible bonus amounts, and validity periods.
By claiming any bonus or promotion, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
enjoyph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Suspected abuse of any promotional offer — including but not limited to multi-accounting, structured wagering designed to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
All games available on the enjoyph Platform — including slots, live dealer table games, sports betting, bingo, and sabong — are governed by specific Game Rules accessible within each game or betting market. These Game Rules form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed game outcome and the game's server-side result, the server-side result shall be the authoritative record for settlement purposes.
RNG-based games on the Platform use independently certified random number generation systems. Live dealer games are facilitated by real human dealers operating under studio conditions monitored for integrity. enjoyph does not manipulate game outcomes. Any suspected manipulation by a Member — including the use of automated software, bots, or prohibited third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage — is prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balances.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the enjoyph Platform:
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where legally required.
All content on the enjoyph Platform — including but not limited to the enjoyph brand name, logo, trade dress, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of enjoyph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of enjoyph.
To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, enjoyph shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational damage. enjoyph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. enjoyph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect Platform availability; enjoyph will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

enjoyph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of your Account for breach of these Terms, any Funds held in your Account may be forfeited. Where termination is initiated by you (voluntary closure) and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
enjoyph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to enjoyph's legal retention obligations.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. In the event of a dispute, you should first contact enjoyph's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
enjoyph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, enjoyph will notify registered Members via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
