Account Controls
Every enjoyph Member has access to the following tools from their Account Settings — no approval required, no waiting period, effective immediately (or within 24 hours for self-exclusion, to allow for processing). These tools are always visible, always available, and completely free to use.
Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, further deposits are blocked until the limit period resets. You can reduce your limit instantly; increases take 7 days to take effect to prevent impulsive decisions made during a losing streak.
Set a maximum net loss per day, week, or month. When your net losses reach your chosen threshold, your session is automatically ended and further play is blocked for that period. This is the most direct tool for preventing runaway loss-chasing sessions.
Choose how often you want to be reminded of your total playing time per session — every 30, 60, or 90 minutes. A clear notification appears on screen. You can acknowledge it and continue, or take it as your cue to log out and take a break.
Take a break from gaming for a set period — 24 hours, 72 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks, or up to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit or play, but your account and balance remain intact. Cooling-off is reversible; once the period expires, full access is restored.
If you feel you need a longer or permanent break, self-exclusion closes your Account and prevents re-registration for a minimum of 6 months, up to permanent exclusion. During the exclusion period, you will be removed from all marketing communications.
